Under Armour, the makers of Steph Curry's first official shoe, the Curry One, honored the Golden State Warriors superstar with an ad featuring actor/musician Jamie Foxx.
The bit shows Curry on the stage of an auditorium shooting from the arc, as Foxx walks the room, characterizing the MVP candidate.
Foxx refers to Curry as the "baby-faced assassin," "the league's most unguardable player" and a "creative genius."
The spot was directed by Pete Berg, the maker of feature films such as The Rundown (2003) with Dewayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Hancock (2008) starring Will Smith.
But Berg also has an affinity for sports, having directed the 2004 hit football film Friday Night Lights, as well as the ESPN: 30 for 30 Kings Ransom about the trade of Wayne Gretzky from the Edmonton Oilers to the Los Angeles Kings.
This time Berg teams up with Curry and Foxx for a powerful look at the Warriors' guard's rise to stardom.
Under Armour unveiled Curry's first signature shoe on Jan. 8, 2015. Curry left Nike to become the centerpiece for Under Armour back in 2013.
