Sharks: San Jose improved to 4-0-1 in its last five, beating Arizona at SAP Center on Friday, 3-1. Logan Couture had one goal and one assist, as the Sharks outshot Arizona, 37-21. The Sharks have just four games left, returning home on Monday vs. Dallas for their final game at SAP Center.
Coyotes: Arizona fell to just 4-21-2 in its last 27 games with the loss in San Jose on Friday, and hasn’t won a game in regulation since Feb. 3. The Coyotes, challenging Buffalo for the worst record in the NHL, have three games left in their season after tonight.

Sharks: Logan Couture. No Sharks player has been better during the team’s recent streak than Couture, who has goals in three straight games and a five-game point streak (4g, 4a). The 26-year-old has 66 points, second on the team and a new career high, and leads the Sharks with 250 shots on goal – 12th in the NHL. He has 20 points (10g, 10a) in 25 career games vs. Arizona.
Coyotes: Mark Arcobello. The Coyotes forward scored the team’s lone goal on Friday (with some help from Brent Burns). He leads the Coyotes with 8 goals and 14 points since his debut on Feb. 13 after he was claimed off of waivers from Pittsburgh. He’s the third player in NHL history to play for four different teams in the same season, including Edmonton and Nashville.
