Sharks forward Logan Couture wasn't pleased with the way the season ended, feeling he let down the fans as San Jose missed the postseason for the first time in a decade.
He reached out to the fan base on Monday, after the Sharks were officially eliminated from contention.
Quick thank you to @SanJoseSharks fans for the support at home this season. We are all disappointed, but appreciate your support. Thank you

Couture, 26, racked up a career-high 66 points over 80 games, scoring 27 goals and posting 39 assists.
His plus/minus in 2014-15, however, was minus-four.
Couture had a five-game points streak during a key stretch toward the end of the season, as the Sharks were trying to keep their postseason hopes alive.
