SEATTLE – The Raiders list of inactive players offered no surprise. Cornerback Carlos Rogers was ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks the day before. There were four other injured players, No. 3 quarterback Matt McGloin and never-active guard Tony Bergstrom.
The Seahawks not playing Sunday afternoon should help the Raiders by absentia. Outside linebacker Khalil Mack, especially, should be licking his chops.

Seahawks left tackle Russell Okung was a game-time decision, but was ruled out with a calf injury. Alvin Bailey will start in his place, creating a mismatch in Oakland’s favor.
Mack doesn’t have a quarterback sack this season, but he has been strong against the run and controlled his side of the line against top-tier tackles. He moves around some, but frequently squares off against the opposing left tackle.
Strong safety Kam Chancellor is technically active, but the Seattle Times is reporting that he might not play.
All told, Rogers, receiver Vincent Brown, tight end David Ausberry, corners Chimdi Chekwa and Keith McGill, McGloin and Bergstrom were ruled inactive.
TJ Carrie is expected to start in Rogers’ stead. Rogers hasn’t missed a regular season start since the 2010 finale.
