Richie Incognito is still looking for an NFL team to employ him, and recently made some very interesting comments about the Oakland Raiders.

"I'm 100 percent into that," Incognito told NFL.com's Michael Silver on Tuesday regarding the notion of donning the Silver and Black. "I think that would fit my personality the best. It makes so much sense. I know (offensive coordinator Greg) Olson and (offensive line coach Tony) Sparano, and I'm a loyal guy, and I'd love to play for them again. And, of course, the Raiders have that aura."

Incognito, 30, has been undergoing treatment in the wake of the Miami Dolphins bullying scandal.
The eight-year veteran worked with Olson when the two were with the St. Louis Rams in 2006 and 2007.
“In my recollection and experience with Richie – I’ve talked to Richie this week – he brings an element of toughness,” Olson said on Nov. 7. “That’s what he is. I do believe some of the things were taken out of context. I hope that’s the case. Obviously we all hope that’s the case. His personality is very high strung. He was a tough player. The other things outside of that, I just think it’s really sad, and you hope that what’s being said isn’t true.”
The Raiders have been active bolstering their offensive line; they signed offensive tackle Donald Penn from the Buccaneers on Tuesday and offensive guard Kevin Booth from the Giants on Monday.
