BERKELEY -- Tyrone Wallace scored 23 points including 10 in the final two minutes, David Kravish helped key a momentum-changing run in the second half and California rallied from 11 points down to beat Princeton 67-57 on Saturday night.
Christian Behrens and Jordan Mathews scored 12 points apiece while Kravish had 11 to help the Golden Bears (9-1) extend their best start since 2001-02.
Cal trailed the entire first half and was behind 44-36 with 15 minutes left before going on a 15-2 run to take the lead for good. Kravish had five points, three rebounds and a blocked shot during the run then later added a short hook to put the Bears up 53-49.
After Clay Wilson's layup made it 53-51, Wallace scored on consecutive layups and added four free throws.
Hans Brase had 14 points and nine rebounds for Princeton (3-8)
