The Giants placed Joe Panik on the 15-day disabled list on Monday with lower back inflammation.
The good news: that's reportedly all that's wrong.
The All-Star second baseman recently underwent an MRI, which revealed no structural damage, according to multiple reports.
Ehire Adrianza started at second base in place of Panik the last two games.
Kelby Tomlinson, who replaced Panik on the active roster, will start in Panik's place tonight in Atlanta.
