The Miami Marlins have 'had some dialogue' with Jake Peavy's camp, according to an ESPN report.

Peavy, 33, was traded from the Red Sox to the Giants in July prior to San Francisco's World Series run.
The right-hander went 7-13 with a 3.73 ERA in the 2014 season, but won six of those games in the Bay Area.
Heading over from Boston, Peavy also lowered his ERA from 4.72 with the Red Sox to 2.17 with the Giants.
The 14-year veteran is a three-time MLB All-Star and two-time World Series champion.
