Free agent third baseman Chase Headley reportedly has a four-year, $65 million offer in-hand, but it's not from the Giants, according to ESPN.
On Saturday, it was reported by Fox Sports that the Giants have become "aggressive" in their pursuit of the former Padre and Yankee.
Reportedly, third baseman Chase Headley has an offer for $65 million over four years. Sources: the Giants are not on him at that level.

Last season, Headley was traded from the Padres to the Yankees on July 22.
In 135 games between the two teams, the 30-year-old Headley hit .243 with 20 doubles, 13 home runs and 49 RBI.

His best season came in 2012 when he hit .286 with 31 home runs and drove in 115 runs in 161 games for the Padres.
