A former player for the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders is in trouble with law for the second time in two years.
San Francisco police said they found Kwame Harris unconscious behind the wheel of his car with the engine running on Sunday morning.
The incident was reported at 7:31 p.m. when officers were flagged down by a citizen at 14th Street and South Van Ness Avenue about a driver who might be in need of assistance.
When police tried to handcuff Harris, he tried to bite an officer's hand.
