Contrary to earlier reports, it appears that Dwight Howard will meet with the Golden State Warriors. Or rather the Warriors will meet with him.
A league source has told of CSNBayArea.com that the Warriors have been granted the option of visiting Howard in Los Angeles and have every intention of taking it.
Reports indicate that a meeting is scheduled with Golden State and Altanta on Monday. The Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers are also potential suitors.
The former first overall pick had a decent statistical 2012-2013 season with the Lakers--12.4 rebounds and 17.1 points per game in 76 games played--but many have criticized his attitude toward his fellow teammates.
