In an NBA Finals rematch, the Warriors took down the Cavaliers to open their 2015 NBA Summer League schedule with a win.
The Warriors dropped the Cavs, 83-75, to continue their bragging rights over the Eastern Conference champions.
Leading the way for Golden State was forward James Michael McAdoo. On the night, McAdoo added 20 points with seven rebounds and three assists.
Tyler Haws led Cleveland with 12 points.
Another eye-opener for the Warriors was center Ognjen Kuzmic. The big man scored 14 points while bringing in eight boards and two blocked shots.
Golden State's first round draft pick, Kevon Looney out of UCLA, saw his first action in a Warriors uniform. In just under 15 minutes, Looney scored five points with six rebounds and one steal.
The Warriors play next on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. vs. the Atlanta Hawks.
