Would the Warriors (35-2) still have an unblemished record if they did not suffer a variety of injuries?
Klay Thompson, Golden State's All-Star shooting guard, thinks so -- or, at least, that's what he let on in a Q&A with the Washington Post.
"It did suck, but we were gonna lose eventually," Thompson said in regards to his team's first loss to the Bucks. "If we were completely healthy, we probably would still be undefeated, but Milwaukee caught us at a great time and they played a great game."

The Warriors' Dec. 12 defeat came at the end of a seven-game road trip, playing without starting small forward Harrison Barnes (sprained ankle). Golden State's second loss was on Dec. 30 in Dallas, playing without Barnes, starting point guard Stephen Curry (bruised leg), guard Leandro Barbosa (sprained shoulder) and center Festus Ezeli (sprained toe).
Starting center Andrew Bogut (broken nose/concussion), swingman Brandon Rush (strained hamstring), guard Shaun Livingston (strained hip) and forward James Michael McAdoo (sprained toe) have also missed time for the Warriors.
Golden State avenged its loss to the Bucks when at Oracle Arena on Dec. 18. The team's next meeting with the Mavericks is a home game on Jan. 27.
