Stephen Curry is not the only Warriors player with his own signature shoe. Klay Thompson joined the ranks of elite status by signing with the Chinese athletics sportswear company ANTA on Thursday.
Thompson unveiled his new signature sneaker with ANTA called 'KT Fire,' which he will debut during the All-Star weekend at New York's Madison Square Garden.
"If you have a shoe, it means you are doing something right," said Thompson. "So for me just to be able to go with a great brand like ANTA that's on the rise with a couple of other NBA guys is going to be a lot of fun."
The Warriors shooting guard now joins a brand that represents Rajon Rondo, Kevin Garnett, Chandler Parsons, and Luis Scola in the NBA.
"I'm just excited to work with them and do something I thought I'd never do and that's design stuff. To be one of their feature guys is really exciting."
Thompson will start the All-Star Game Sunday and participate in the 3-point shootout on Saturday in New York.
