Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook drilled a 3-pointer with .3 seconds left in overtime Friday night, sending the Warriors back to California with a 113-112 loss to the Thunder at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Westbrook's clutch shot off a loose-ball scramble more than offset terrific offensive nights from Stephen Curry and Harrison Barnes – and allowed the Thunder to exact revenge for the events of Nov. 14, when Andre Iguodala's buzzer-beater at Oracle Arena shocked OKC.
Curry finished with 32 points, while Barnes, who scored a season-high 26, made a crucial driving reverse layup to put the Warriors ahead with 45.1 seconds remaining in OT. The Warriors got only one more shot, a Barnes jumper that missed, while the Thunder missed their next three before Westbrook's corner 3-pointer.
The Warriors missed nine free throws, including six in the fourth quarter. They finished 20-of-29 (69 percent) from the line.
Klay Thompson scored 16 points, David Lee had 10 points and 12 rebounds and center Andrew Bogut totaled 14 points and eight rebounds before fouling out with 4:22 left in overtime.
STANDOUT PERFORMANCE
Curry and Barnes were the offensive catalysts and not only with their scoring output. Curry grabbed a career-high-tying 10 rebounds and Barnes dished off four assists.
TURNING POINT
This one was in doubt until the final second. The Warriors best chance may have came in regulation, but they missed six free throws in the final quarter and wound up in OT.
INJURY UPDATE
Four players did not make the trip and remain out indefinitely: Forward Andre Iguodala (strained left hamstring), guard Toney Douglas (stress reaction, left tibia), center Festus Ezeli (right knee surgery) and center Ognjen Kuzmic (right hand surgery). Douglas possibly could

After a week out of state, the Warriors on Saturday return to California, where on Sunday afternoon they face the Sacramento Kings at Sleep Train Arena. The Warriors won the previous meeting this season (Nov. 2 at Oracle Arena), 98-87, behind 27 points from Thompson. The team returns to Oracle on Tuesday to face Toronto, then goes back on the road for three games.
