When the Warriors got close to the Bulls' 72-win record last season, they made it known they were going for it.
Now that they have the record, are they interested in going for 74 wins?
No, if you ask two-time reigning MVP Stephen Curry, who spoke to the media Monday while in Guangzhou, China as part of an Under Armour tour.
"74 (wins) isn’t really a goal. If it happens, it happens. All of our energy will be spent on getting ourselves ready for a championship run. We want to have a great regular season obviously, we don’t want to have any slip-ups, but I don’t think coming into the season with the goal of 74 is a good focus. It’s about winning a championship," Curry said via the Warriors' Twitter account.

After losing to the Cavs in the NBA Finals, the Warriors revamped their roster, casting aside Harrison Barnes, Andrew Bogut, Festus Ezeli, Marreese Speights and Leandro Barbosa for Kevin Durant, Zaza Pachulia, David West, Damian Jones and Patrick McCaw.
Curry also addressed the new-look roster.
"I think we've added some great character guys that will fit right in to our identity and who we are as a team. And there's only one goal this year. It's obviously to win a championship, so whatever it takes to make that happen, I'm sure we'll figure it out," Curry said.
Curry and the Warriors begin their quest for a championship on October 25 against the Spurs in Oakland.
