Sharks general manager Doug Wilson released a statement Wednesday confirming that Logan Couture's scheduled surgery went according to plan.

"Logan underwent successful surgery today by team orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Arthur Ting, and is expected to make a full recovery. He will be starting his rehabilitation immediately and we look forward to getting him back in our line-up. No specific return date is set at this time."
Couture has 14 goals and 21 assists for 35 points in 43 games this season.
