The news is good on defensemen Dan Boyle, his agent told CSNBayArea.com on Thursday morning.
According to George Bazos, who has spoken with Boyle a number of times, the veteran defenseman “feels great.” Boyle is not experiencing any headaches, and remembers everything before getting checked from behind into the boards by St. Louis’ Maxim Lapierre on Tuesday night.

Boyle, who “sounded perfect” on the phone, according to Bazos, also remembers waking up on the ice as he was leaving on a stretcher. Boyle was knocked out cold for several minutes early in the first period of the Sharks' 6-2 win over the Blues.
Boyle returned to the Bay Area on Wednesday after spending Tuesday night at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. The Sharks play the Stars in Dallas on Thursday and return home to host Calgary on Saturday.
