ALAMEDA -- The Raiders have sold enough general tickets to broadcast Sunday's game against the Houston Texans on local television. The NFL's blackout policy mandates that teams sell out of non-luxury/club seats to have games aired in their home markets.
The Raiders have done so consistently in recent seasons, since tarping off sections of O.co Coliseum to decrease stadium capacity and the blackout threshold. They'll do so again for this season's home opener, the only game in Oakland until Oct. 12. The Raiders have a "home" game played on Sept. 28 in London.
