For five seasons, Antonio Smith ran out of the tunnel at NRG Stadium wearing a ninja mask and waving his non-existent ninja sword.
But on Sunday, for the first time since before he arrived in Houston, Smith, now a member of the Raiders, will face the Texans. He went to Oakland as a free agent this offseason.
“There will probably be some country things said,” Texans left guard Ben Jones said.
Smith, 32, is from Oklahoma. He loves to go back to his farm in his home state and ride his “trusty steed” and often wears a cowboy hat and boots.
He’s a cowboy, a ninja and a prognosticator. (His other personality is Tonestradamus. Yup, it is what you think it is.)
So what “country things” will be said?
