Pryor entered the league as a third-round pick in the 2011 NFL Supplemental Draft out of Ohio State.
The 25-year-old quarterback played for the Oakland Raiders from 2011-2013 until he was traded to the Seattle Seahawks on April 21, 2014.
The Seahawks released him during the final roster cuts and he did not play in the 2014-15 campaign.
Despite controversy about his potential position, Pryor worked out for the Chiefs as a quarterback, according to an earlier PFT report on Wednesday.
