Wisniewski, 26, was a second round pick by Oakland in the 2011 NFL Draft, taken 48th overall.
The 6-foot-3 interior offensive lineman started as a rookie, and would play 61 games for the Raiders over four seasons.
Wisniewski finished in the top five in pass-blocking efficiency for centers in each of his last three seasons, according to Pro Football Focus.
