The Raiders announced the signing of nine players to reserve-future contracts on Tuesday afternoon. A total of six players were signed off the practice squad, and three others will be new to the organization.
The Raiders kept receiver Seth Roberts, guard Lamar Mady and offensive tackle Dan Kistler, who were on the practice squad all season. Cornerback Jansen Watson, defensive back Vernon Kearney and linebacker Justin Jackson, added to the practice squad later in the year, were also retained

Running back Terrance Cobb spent last preseason with the Jacksonville Jaguars before getting cut. Receiver Jeremy Gallon was a seventh-round selection of the New England Patriots but didn’t make that squad. Defensive tackle Kona Schwenke spent time on practice squads for the Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets.

With the regular season over, the Raiders are allowed to sign players to reserve futures contracts that will be enacted once rosters formally expand to a 90-man in 2015.
