KANSAS CITY, Mo. –- Tarell Brown entered Week 15 as the only Raiders cornerback to have played every game this season. That was in jeopardy heading into Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
He was questionable with foot and ankle injuries, but was deemed active for the 112th meeting of these AFC West rivals. The Raiders have so many injured players that he might be active without playing much, but that’s doubtful considering defensive lineman Stacy McGee is a healthy scratch.

They need Brown to anchor an otherwise young group of cornerbacks featuring DJ Hayden and TJ Carrie. Brown’s presence would keep things in line in the nickel package, with the top three corners on the field.
Most of Sunday’s inactives were ruled out earlier in the week. That list includes McGee, quarterback Matt McGloin, receiver Denarius Moore, linebacker Sio Moore, guard Tony Bergstrom, right tackle Menelik Watson and tight end Brian Leonhardt.
