ALAMEDA -- Raiders defensive end Justin Tuck was listed as a participant in Saturday's exhibition against the Minnesota Vikings, but he was glue to the sideline in street clothes. The veteran hadn't missed a practice with injury, though he had been given veteran rest in the past. Wednesday is likely a different story.
Tuck was held out of the first full practice at the team's training facility, and was working out while the team was on the field.
The Raiders get a few key players back. Running back Roy Helu Jr. returned from a hamstring strain that kept him out roughly three weeks. While he is expected to be a third-down back, he'll likely be the first backup to Latavius Murray.

Linebacker Sio Moore also returned for the first time in a few weeks. His injury is undisclosed. He practiced a handful of times, leaving Ray-Ray Armstrong and Malcolm Smith to man the outside linebacker spots.
Tight end Clive Walford remains out with injury.
Stay tuned for updates after Wednesday's practice.
