If the Redskins want Jon Gruden to be their next head coach, it looks like they will have some competition.
There have been rumors (not reports, just rumors, mind you) that the Redskins could be all-in on Gruden if they are in the market for a coach.
If Gruden does throw his hat in the ring the Washington would not be the only interested party. There are reports that the Houston Texans would like to talk to him.
And now, former Raiders quarterback Rich Gannon, who played for Gruden in Oakland, said that a Gruden 2.0 there could happen.
“I’ve had conversations with Jon in the past,” Gannon told 95.7 The Game on Tuesday. “I don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibilities.
