Forward Quincy Miller has signed a 10-day contract with the Pistons, according to multiple media reports.
Miller’s second 10-day contract with the Sacramento Kings recently expired and his last appearance was in the Kings 85-83 win over the Suns on Feb. 8.
Miller appeared in a total of six games with the Kings and scored a season-high 13 points in a 126-101 loss to the Warriors at Oracle Arena on Jan. 23.
Miller scored 28 points in the NBA D-League West “Prospects” 129-94 loss in the NBA D-League All-Star Game on Feb. 15 at Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn.
The 6-foot-10 forward led the NBA D-League in scoring at 26.3 points per game with the Reno Bighorns, the Kings D-League affiliate before being signed by Sacramento.
The Baylor product was selected in the second round - 38th overall - in the 2012 draft by the Nuggets and averaged 4.5 points appearing in 59 games over two seasons in Denver.
