The hits keep coming for the Sacramento Kings. According to the team, shooting guard Ben McLemore underwent an X-ray on Tuesday afternoon which revealed a non-displaced fracture in the tip of his right ring finger.
The 23-year-old is questionable to play Wednesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers and is listed as day-to-day moving forward. The injury is not considered substantial in nature.
McLemore has seen his role reduced in his third season in Sacramento, seeing his minutes drop from 32.6 last season to 20.6 this year. With the decreased minutes, McLemore has seen his points per game average drop from 12.1 in his second season to 7.5 this year under George Karl.
Over his last 11 games, including nine starts, McLemore has scored in double-figures twice.
Seth Curry is also listed as questionable for the Kings. The reserve guard has missed the last five games for Sacramento with a sprained right foot after scoring a career-high 19 points against the Clippers on Feb 26.
