SACRAMENTO - The Kings will host their second group of six players for a predraft workout on Tuesday, the team announced.
1) Venky Jois -- forward – 6’8”, 230 pounds, Eastern Washington
Jois averaged 16.0 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.7 blocks last year and shot 67.0 percent from the field. The Australian-born power forward posted double-digit scoring and 7.9 rebounds or more in each of his four seasons at Eastern Washington.
2) Nick Faust -- guard, 6’6”, 210 pounds, Long Beach State
Faust averaged 17.7 points last season and shot 36.9 percent from 3-point territory. He began his career at Maryland, playing three seasons for the Terrapins before moving on to Long Beach State for his senior season.
3) Mamadou Ndiaye -- center, 7’6”, 300 pounds, UC Irvine
Ndiaye averaged 12.0 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.2 blocks while shooting 66.7 percent from the field in just 23.3 minutes per contest as a junior last year.
4) Mike Tobey -- center – 7’0”, 252 pounds, Virginia
The senior center out of Virginia scored 7.3 points and grabbed 4.4 rebounds in 15.7 minutes per game last season.
5) Codi Miller-McIntyre -- guard, 6’3”, 205 pounds, Wake Forest
After averaging 14.5 points and 4.3 assists as a junior, Miller-McIntyre’s numbers dipped dramatically in his senior season at Wake Forest. He posted 9.4 points and 4.0 assists while shooting 32.6 percent from behind the arc.
6) Anthony Beane -- guard, 6’2”, 190 pounds, Southern Illinois
Beane improved his scoring average in every season at Southern Illinois, finishing his senior season averaging 19.3 points on 37.1 percent shooting.
