SACRAMENTO -- There’s never a dull moment with the Sacramento Kings. According to the team’s official injury report, Rudy Gay is doubtful for tonight’s game with gastroenteritis.
The 29-year-old forward somewhat broke the news himself, when he turned to Snapchat to post a picture of himself from a hospital bed.
Gay started off the season slowly, but had a breakout 25-point performance on Wednesday night against the Detroit Pistons.
On the positive front, Seth Curry has been upgraded to probable and is likely to go tonight. Veteran Rajon Rondo has been forced to play all 48 minutes in back-to-back games due to the Kings’ injuries in the backcourt.
Darren Collison remains out of action with a strained left hamstring.
