The Kings dropped their summer league opener against the Raptors 90-68, but first-round pick Willie Cauley-Stein scored 11 points, collected five rebounds and blocked two shots.
Sim Bhullar, making his second summer league appearance, added four points and 10 rebounds while James Anderson led the Kings in scoring with 15.
Norman Powell paved the way for Toronto with a game-high 20 points.
Delon Wright, who the Raptors selected with the 20th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, only scored nine points, but racked up nine assists. Bruno Cabolco, Toronto's first-round pick in 2014, finished with 15 points.
Toronto led wire-to-wire as the Kings were never able overcome an early deficit and make the game competitive.
Sacramento will be back in action on Sunday against the Nuggets at 8:00 p.m. EST.
