Dodgers free agent Hanley Ramirez looks to be heading East, as the infielder is set to finalize a multiyear deal with the Red Sox on Monday, according to a FOX Sports report.

Ramirez, 30, spent the last two and a half seasons with the Dodgers.
He hit .308 in his last two seasons with L.A., including 232 hits, 33 home runs and 128 RBI.
Ramirez made his MLB debut for the Boston Red Sox in 2005 when he was 21 years old, appearing in two games.
He is a .300 career hitter.
