Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig isn’t expected to be suspended for his involvement in an incident last November at a bar in Miami, ESPN’s Pedro Gomez is reporting.
Police said Puig got into a fight with the bar’s bouncer, and there were reports that Puig shoved his sister.
Gomez notes that Major League Baseball’s investigation isn’t closed and it might take some time to reach a final decision, but the league has yet to turn up any information that would justify suspending Puig. Neither the bouncer nor Puig pressed charges.
