Buster Posey will join Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper and Angels outfielder Mike Trout on the cover of Men's Health magazine, set to be delivered to newsstands in April.

For the first time in the history of the magazine, Men's Health will publish four different covers -- one for each individual player and a fourth displaying the trio, who are among the most promising young phenoms in baseball today.

In the April issue, Posey, Trout and Harper discuss their respective journeys to the big leagues and give professional health tips to live by.

In the issue featuring Posey, he provides insight into his path from the devastating ankle injury in 2011 to becoming World Series champion and National League Most Valuable Player the following year.

Additionally, he talks about his transition to catcher after being drafted out of his Georgia high school as a pitcher and playing the majority of his inning at Florida State at shortstop.

"I can still picture it now, in the cage at FSU," Posey says in the article. "The gear felt natural. I just kind of went from there, and fell in love with it."
