Tim Lincecum and Pablo Sandoval are two of only nine players to have played a role in all three of the Giants' World Series titles over the past five years.
Sandoval signed a five-year, $95 million contract with the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday, inspiring Lincecum's following Instagram post:
To my teammate of 9 years, my friend and brother @kfp48. We've been through a lot throughout the years and winning 3 Championships together. We've bonded professionally and personally. We shared something unique and will always be part of my family. You will be missed. Thank you for the memories. Good luck in Boston! @sfgiants #sfgiants
Jeremy Affelt, Madison Bumgarner, Matt Cain, Santiago Casilla, Javier Lopez, Sergio Romo and Buster Posey are the other seven players to have impacted the Giants' 2010, 2012 and 2014 seasons.
