The A's re-acquired outfielder Sam Fuld from the Minnesota Twins on Thursday, granting Tommy Milone his wish to be traded, the team announced on Twitter.
Fuld, 32, is hitting .263 with two home runs in 60 game split between the A's and Twins this year. He was designated for assignment by Oakland back in April.
Milone, 27, had requested a trade after he was optioned to Triple-A following the A's acquisition of Jeff Samardzija and Jason Hammel from the Cubs.
