The NFL fined Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch for unsportsmanlike conduct for the inappropriate gesture at the end of a touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals, according to multiple reports.
In the fourth quarter, Lynch broke free for a 79-yard touchdown run and decided to celebrate with a backwards dive while grabbing his groin into the endzone. Lynch was not flagged for the gesture, but received a $11,050 fine by the league office.
That play is drawing comparisons to his famous 'Beastquake' run against the Saints in the playoffs at the end of the 2010 season in which he finished the run with a similar gesture. Lynch was neither fined or flagged for that move either.
Lynch was fined $100,000 earlier this season by the NFL for not cooperating with the media.
