Free agent tight end Delanie Walker is leaving the San Francisco 49ers for the Tennessee Titans, according to a report.
Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean announced via Twitter Tuesday afternoon that Walker, who caught 21 passes for 344 yards and three touchdowns last season, will sign a four-year deal with the Titans.
The 49ers are scheduled to play Walker's new team in Tennessee next season.

Walker, 28, joined the 49ers out of Central Missouri St. as a sixth-round draft pick in 2006 and has spent his entire NFL career with San Francisco. Over 99 games, Walker has 123 catches for 1,465 yards and eight touchdowns. He's also rushed for 44 yards on 11 carries.
