The Cardinals are a favorite to contend for the NFC West in 2014, but still don't feel they have all their positions settled.
The team is set to work out free-agent running Chris Johnson on Sunday, according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports.
Johnson, 29, will also take a physical for the team, per the report.

The Cardinals currently have running backs Andre Ellington, David Johnson, Marion Grice, Kerwynn Williams and Stepfan Taylor on the roster.
Arizona has already offered Johnson a one-year deal, according to a report from ESPN's Dianna Russini on Aug. 11.
Johnson was reportedly hesitant to believe the job would automatically be his if he accepted the Cardinals' offer.

I'm told Johnson's hesitation is making sure he goes into a situation that will allow him to make the team #Cardinals— Dianna Marie Russini (@diannaESPN) August 11, 2015

Johnson made the Pro Bowl three consecutive times to begin his NFL career, rushing for 1,228 yards in 2008, a league-leading 2,006 yards in 2009 and 1,364 yards in 2010.
Johnson sped for three more 1,000-yard seasons after that, but his touchdown total and yards-per-carry average began to taper off.
He joined the Jets in 2014 where he had a career-worst 663 rushing yards and just one touchdown.
Though he entered the NFL in 2009, Johnson still owns the record for the combine's fastest 40-time with a 4.24.
