St. Louis quarterback Sam Bradford has been granted permission to seek a trade from the Rams, according to a report.
Sam Bradford has permission to seek a trade. Finding compensation to Rams' liking will be difficult. But his agent can speak to other teams— Jason La Canfora (@JasonLaCanfora) February 18, 2015
Bradford, 27, was the No. 1 overall selection in the 2010 NFL draft.
Though he was named AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, it has been an underwhelming career to date.
In five years, Bradford has only finished two full NFL seasons, and has torn the same ACL twice. Along with the season-ending knee injuries, his durability has been in question.
He has a career passer rating of 79.3, throwing 59 touchdowns to 38 interceptions.
Bradford has never led the Rams to an above-.500 mark.
