Panthers quarterback Cam Newton on Saturday took home the highest individual honor, the NFL MVP Award.
In his fifth season, the three-time Pro Bowler broke out, throwing for 3,837 passing yards and 35 touchdowns.
His 7.1 touchdown percentage was the highest in the league.
He also ran for 636 yards and scored 10 more touchdowns on the ground.
Newton on Saturday also took home the Offensive Player of the Year award, and will play the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50.
