Hue Jackson has accepted the head coaching job of the Browns, making it his second go around at the position.
He is Cleveland's fifth head coach since 2010.
Jackson takes over a roster in need of rebuilding, as the team is coming off a dreadful 3-13 record, which marks their worst season since 2000.

One of the Browns' most valuable assets as they look to add talent is the No. 2 overall pick in the 2016 draft.
And while Jackson is only days into the new gig, the head coach is already narrowing his focus on who the selection will be with that pick.
Hue Jackson on the Browns: "If there is a QB at #2 that is a best fit for our team, we need to go get him. It's my opinion we need a QB."

Jackson admitted to Bleacher Report SXM he is eyeing a new quarterback with the second pick, instantly making Memphis' Paxton Lynch, California's Jared Goff and North Dakota State's Carson Wentz the presumable top targets.
Jackson, of course, could also be playing shadow games, hoping to raise the price on the No. 2 overall pick in case other teams in need of a signal-caller are looking to trade up.
However, with talk of former first-rounder Johnny Manziel being out in Cleveland, it would make sense if Jackson were to select a quarterback he can mold as he kicks off his regime.
