Jared Goff, who elected to forego his senior season at Cal, is considered by most analysts a projected Top 10 pick.
Many mock drafts have him going as high as No. 2 overall to the Cleveland Browns.

The 49ers are slated to select seventh overall.
The Marin native understands the buzz around him potentially joining the hometown team.
"I get this question a lot," Goff told the Bay Area News Group on Tuesday night. "I literally haven't talked to anybody. Zero people I've talked to."
With Chip Kelly on board, it's unclear if the 49ers plan on keeping Colin Kaepernick.

Blaine Gabbert is also under contract for the 2016 campaign.
Back in early November, Goff told CSN Bay Area's Jim Kozimor, "I've always been a 49er fan my whole life."
Does he think about playing for the five-time Super Bowl winning franchise?
"You always wonder. But I'm going to be happy wherever I go," Goff said. "I want to go to a team that wants me, that's going to really take me in and use me in the correct way in a way I can be used successfully.
"I want a team that I can be special with."
