While the 49ers recently brought some of the Eagles pieces to the Bay Area, namely Chip Kelly and members of his staff, Philadelphia got a piece from San Francisco this week.
The Eagles on Thursday announced the signing of quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson.

The 27-year-old passer finished this past season on the 49ers' practice squad. He originally entered the NFL as a undrafted free agent with the 49ers in 2011 under former head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Along with the 49ers, the UCLA/Sacramento State product has been on the Dolphins, Vikings and Patriots rosters.
He was also on the San Jose SaberCats (2011), Sacramento Mountain Lions (2011) and Los Angeles Kiss (2015).
Bethel-Thompson has never started nor appeared in a regular-season NFL game.
