Tom Brady will compete in his sixth career Super Bowl on Sunday. He's vying for his fourth Super Bowl victory, which would bring him even with Joe Montana, who Brady grew up idolizing as a Bay Area native.
The Patriots quarterback posted a photo to his Facebook page on Tuesday depicting a young Brady in a full Joe Montana get-up, complete with helmet and wristbands.
"I've been preparing for Sunday since 1983! Ha," Brady wrote along with the photo, which appears to be from Halloween.
Brady addressed comparisons to Montana at Super Bowl Media Day.
“It’s flattering any time you’re mentioned with great players and guys I idolized growing up,” Brady said on Tuesday. “I don’t ever see myself on that level."
