SANTA CLARA – Wide receiver Michael Crabtree made a brief stop by his locker Thursday before heading off to a meeting.
He made it clear he is healthy.
Crabtree caught just one pass for 16 yards in the 49ers’ game Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The previous week against the Philadelphia Eagles, he missed several plays due to a foot injury. He returned to the game wearing a different pair of shoes.
He addressed his foot condition without even being asked.
“I play (practice) every day,” Crabtree said. “Nothing is wrong with me.”
Crabtree has 25 receptions in five games for 246 yards and two touchdowns.
Anquan Boldin, the team’s other top receiver, has 25 catches for 303 yards.
