SANTA CLARA -- Quarterback Colin Kaepernick, listed as “probable” on the official 49ers injury report Friday with a foot injury, has no limitations, coach Jim Harbaugh said.

When asked if the Kaepernick’s condition has forced the 49ers to adjust plans for practice or games, Harbaugh answered. “No, it hasn’t. He’s taking just as many reps on practice every single practice.”

He added he does not believe Kaepernick demonstrates any evidence of an injury.

“Not to me, it doesn’t,” Harbaugh said. “We haven’t altered anything with the practice or the game plans.”

The 49ers are just following the NFL guidelines with Kaepernick’s inclusion on the team’s injury report, Harbaugh said.

“It’s well-documented about the injury reports,” he said. “Any type of ailment, injury, however you define it, has got to put on the injury report. ... We’re complying with the rules.”

Harbaugh declined to identify the exact nature of Kaepernick’s injury. He first appeared on the injury report after the 49ers' Week 1 victory over the Green Bay Packers.

Other than wide receiver Quinton Patton, who remains out with a fractured right foot, the 49ers expect every player listed on the injury report to be available for Sundays’ game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Defensive end Ray McDonald returned to limited practice on Friday with a partially torn right biceps tendon. Harbaugh said he believes McDonald will be able to play.
