Cornerback Tramaine Brock, who did not participate in 11-on-11 practice this week, is listed as probable and expected to start Monday night when the 49ers open the regular season against the Minnesota Vikings at Levi’s Stadium.
Tomsula said on Saturday that Brock has taken part in individual and group periods but the team’s athletic training staff did not want him “opened-up in team period.”
Said Tomsula, “I haven’t seen anything that tells negative, but they haven’t opened him all the way up.”
