SANTA CLARA -- The 49ers invited more than 60 prospects to their Santa Clara facility for their local pro day. They also expected to have the maximum of 30 visits from players outside the area.
The organization sent representatives to every significant pro day across the country. In the lead-up to the NFL draft, set for April 28-30, the 49ers will have met with hundreds of draft-eligible players.
